Information we collect
We collect your name, email, phone number, university, delivery address, delivery notes, selected meal plan, and Zelle payment screenshot when you apply for a subscription. The screenshot may contain payment details that are visible in the image you upload.
How we use it
We use this information to verify payment, activate and manage your four-week subscription, prepare the correct meal-plan quantities, contact you, and complete weekly deliveries.
Storage and access
Subscription records are stored in Firebase. Payment screenshots are stored privately and can only be opened through authenticated Anbu Mess admin tools. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain subscription information only as long as needed to operate the service, resolve payment or delivery issues, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing Anbumess.homechef@gmail.com.
